Health and Wellness Services offers a variety of presentations and programming on topics such as stress relief, relationship wellness, sexual health, supporting survivors and more that faculty and staff can request to support their students holistic well-being.
Consultation
Health and Wellness staff are available for consultation with faculty, staff and departments on a variety of topics on a limited basis.

Buff Bites
- A tabling event exploring a healthy snack with learning outcomes in nutrition and connecting to resources on campus.
- Available in person and a video option.
Cold Care
- Information and resources for students about how to stay healthy
- Cold Care Resources
- Available as a table or a toolkit.
- Individual components can be incorporated into newsletters/emails, for example, the handwashing guide.
CU Walks
- Modeled off of the Walk With A Doc program, this series connects a topic with experts available to discuss while walking.
- Available in person with a virtual option.
Sidewalk Talks
- A peer coach is available for a brief coaching conversation exploring goals.
- Available virtually or in-person as allowable.
Stress(less) Events
Hosted, plug and play, or toolkit options.

Health Equity
The current toolkit includes two video options with supporting materials.
Unnatural Causes is a series of short videos that can be watched independently. A discussion guide is provided.
Bending the Arc is provided in partnership with the University Libraries and explores health equity and social justice through the story of Partners in Health. The video and a discussion guide are available. This can include a hosted discussion with Health Promotion staff or be offered independently through the college/school/program.
